The QUSO Management Team is responsible for the smooth, everyday running of the orchestra; from organising weekly rehearsals and promoting the Orchestra, to co-ordinating concert tours. The team is made up of the Conductors (one of whom also assumes the role of Chairperson), a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Finance Manager, Secretary, Fundraising Co-Manager, Media Manager, Librarian and Concerts & Events Team.
QUSO members may apply to audition for a QUSO Conductor post, and can apply and interview for open positions on the QUSO Management Team in the Spring term of each academic year. The newly appointed members of the team are announced at the AGM at the end of the second semester each year.
